Mountain Location: The cabin is located at approximately 8,400 feet elevation, which means cooler temperatures year-round and rapidly changing weather.

Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD is required during winter months. Snow removal is provided, but guests are responsible for safe travel decisions.

Limited Cell Service: Cell phone service can be limited or spotty in Duck Creek Village—download maps and important info before arrival.

Internet Reliability: Internet works great for normal use, streaming, working, or just planning your adventures.

Wildlife Area: Deer, turkeys, and other wildlife are common. Please do not feed animals and keep food secured.

Quiet Mountain Community: Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours, especially in the evenings.

Fire Safety: Use fireplaces and heating appliances only as instructed. Never leave fires unattended.

Fire pit: No fires during restriction periods. Must have hose within 15 feet of fire pit.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin.

Seasonal Access: Some local services, dining, or fuel options may have limited hours depending on the season
