Situé dans le quartier privilégié de Ploče, cet appartement de deux chambres offre une vue spectaculaire. Le grand balcon Juliette de l'appartement donne sur l'île de Lokrum et la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. L'un des hôtels les plus célèbres de Dubrovnik, Grand Villa Argentina, est à quelques mètres tandis que la vieille ville est à 10 minutes à pied.


L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres doubles avec placards, 2 salles de bains (une avec douche, la seconde avec une baignoire), un salon avec une salle à manger accueillant une table pour quatre personnes. Le canapé-lit dans le salon peut accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires. Il ya une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four micro-ondes, four, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine à café et un lave-vaisselle. Le salon s'ouvre sur un grand balcon avec une table pour cinq et un transat; ce balcon est le véritable point culminant de l'appartement, qui offre certaines des vues les plus remarquables de Dubrovnik. Un parking privé est disponible dans un garage près des lieux pour un véhicule de taille petite à moyenne. Les installations comprennent un barbecue, micro-ondes, cafetière, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, TV LCD, TV satellite, DVD, chaîne stéréo, accès Internet sans fil, A / C dans le salon, salle à manger et 1 chambre.


La vieille ville historique et la célèbre plage de Banje sont à 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement offre un emplacement idéal pour ceux qui cherchent à se réveiller avec une vue magnifique et à quelques pas du centre. Le supermarché et l'ATM les plus proches se trouvent à 300 mètres. Le bâtiment dispose d'un petit escalier extérieur (20 marches) avec un escalier interne de 20 marches qui mène à l'appartement, qui est situé au deuxième étage.

We loved the apartment! The view is absolutely stunning and we appreciated the size of the place for our family of 4. It’s a 15 min walk to Old Town, close to a small super market and close to 2 great beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely located apartment on the hill above the Old Town (10-15' walk, depending on up- or downhill). The terrace has beautiful views of the Old Town and the sea. Banje Beach is an easy walk down the hill.Nicely appointed and very comfortable. The host and staff were very helpful when our flight was delated and we came. They were always quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating.

Great space for a vacation with friends!

A little peace of heaven…

A wonderful few days in Hvar, the apartment was a great location with an amazing view. The terrace is a fabulous space, I slept really well probably helped by the brand new bed in the first bedroom. Less indoor living space but to be honest why would you want to be indoors?

Very Nice Apartment

The apartment is large with a beautiful terrace that overlooks the sea. One bedroom does not have air conditioning which is awkward as you need to keep the bedroom door open all night to stay cool. The apartment is up a hill from the walled city and then 50 steps up to the door. This is very common in Dubrovnik so expect lots of steps and hills anywhere you stay. We took Ubers home most days during our stay.

The accommodations were terrific. The location was about a 12 minute brisk walk to the old town. Many restaurants in the area as well as several markets. It is important to note that the apartment has two flights of stairs with no elevator. So you will be required to carry your luggage up. Might not be suitable with someone wil mobility issues.

Beautiful apartment

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location, close to old town. Wonderful view from the terrace where we spent a lot of time. Air conditioning was welcome too. The management team are very quick to respond with any questions. Only comment would be to fix the shower which changes temperature by itself so you have to adjust it constantly. My friend and I had a wonderful stay thank you!

This property is in a great location! Amazing views of the Adriatic and a short 10-minute downhill walk to the Old City. Very clean and spacious! Beautiful floors. There is AC in one bedroom but not the other. A nice fan was provided but that bedroom got fairly warm at night. There are 2 bathrooms but 1 is very small. We stayed 4 nights, 4 adults, and were only given 4 bath towels. For 4.5 euros, we could get additional towels.

Girls weekend

We had an amzing stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed and was bigger than i expected. The view from the terrace was a real treat. The location was exellent. Short walk in to the old town and lots of lovely hotels to enjoy an evening drink at. We will be back!

Great property with a fabulous view! Short walk to Old Town. Covered terrace allows you to enjoy the view all day. Air conditioning was very effective. Would recommend staying here to anyone and would return. Thank you!

Great apartment, beautiful views

Spacious apartment with beautiful water views. Is close to the old town. Management company was very easy to work with- drove our luggage to the apartment and from the apartment prior to our airport transfer. They also booked excursions for us which were very fun- rec cave swim and snorkel. Helpful to have washing machine. Dishwasher did not work well but wasn’t a big problem for us.

This was heaven on earth. The place is huge and very nicely done. 10 minutes walk to old town. The view from the deck is so much better than the picture. The air is in 3 zones and you can get the master very cool. Best place I have ever stayed.

Loved this apartment. A 15 minute walk from the old town with a supermarket and a beach on the way. Really spacious apartment with a brilliant covered balcony where you could rest from the heat.

First time in Dubrovnik

Layout of this two bedroom unit was well suited for ourselves being two couples travelling together or families. It was nice to have the option of closing the doors between the kitchen, living room & bedroom areas was great. The balcony with the stunning views of the ocean and the old city were spectacular! 15 min walk into town.

Great Location!

Sweet place to stay. We travel a lot - prefer to stay at a place where it is managed by person who owns as opposed to a “rental company”. It’s just more personalized. The lock box did not work and we waited an hour to get in after a 22 hour journey and I felt like I was an inconvenience.

Perfect place and location

We truly enjoyed our stay here and had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular and the apartment is large with plenty of space. It was very clean and comfortable and we would stay here again. The Croatian people are lovely and so friendly.
