The House is located on Williamstown 330-acre lake ( a hidden paradise in Northern Kentucky that offers boating, fishing and water sports). This retreat is nestled in trees that sweep down through the riparian shrubbery from the home to the property’s private dock. Whether by day or night the lighted staircase will carry you to the magic of the shoreline where you can enjoy the ever-changing panorama or take a refreshing dip from the lake.

IMPORTANT Guest Information for Your Stay at the Lake House:

Please be aware that our facility does not offer kayaks, canoes, or boats as part of the accommodation. However, you have the option to rent these from external vendors who provide these services.

For those interested in larger boat activities, our dock may not be suitable due to its shallow waters. We recommend visiting Williams Town Marina for all your boating needs, whether you're bringing your own or planning to rent.

Access to the lake house includes a final approach of about 1/8 of a mile on a road composed of dirt and gravel. This stretch can present uneven or rough conditions, especially during certain seasons. For optimal safety and comfort, we recommend bringing a vehicle with good clearance and robust tires, preferably a 4-wheel drive.

Complimentary Supplies: As a gesture of our hospitality, we offer an initial supply of toiletries and household essentials for your convenience. Should you require additional items during your stay, local stores are readily available for your shopping needs.

Grill Facility: We are pleased to provide a grill for your use. Kindly note that we do not offer a propane refill service on-site. However, you are welcome to refill the propane tank at the nearest store, ensuring a seamless grilling experience.
