I was given an apartment with a view on a parking, while the site boasts a nice corner room with roof windows. They kindly swapped this one for another, slightly better, but I had no linen for the sofa bed. I waited 25-30 minutes at the lobby for someone to give me the set. There was no staff. They...

« It is like a big sauna. No air conditioning in the room. Torture »

« Very clean rooms and living area. fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, microwave, etc Staff are kind and helpful. Beautiful views, enjoyed our time in the UK very much. Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. »

« Very poor service no one pickup the phone on reception. Also no internet. No worth it. No lifts. No suitable for the walking difficulties person. »

« Tout était parfait. Rien à redire »

« This cozy, charming apartment close to Piccadilly Station (loads of options) was perfect for me and my husband. We had space to spread out in comfortable surroundings, but bars, restaurants, and shopping are only a stone’s throw away. Matt and Steph are great hosts - communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again. »

« Great location, luxurious accommodation, friendly and responsive hosts. Easy to find thanks to the video. Only issue was that the living room carpet and table wasn’t cleaned and the rubbish bin in the kitchen hadn’t been emptied. One of the kitchen drawers had a cover missing. Otherwise great and I would recommend. »
