« Overall booking and communication were very good. I requested a couple hours early check in if possible to help accommodate preparations for my son’s wedding and having my elderly parents with me. I was texted with an opportunity to check-in a little bit earlier than 4 pm but it wasn’t going to help at that point, but truly appreciated it. The only thing…we actually left the wedding reception and drove home without using the house so figured at least I could receive a refund for whatever...
