« There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host. »

« The townhouse was nice and well-maintained, and not too far away from many things to do in Franschhoek! Directions/instructions on how to get there (what the actual address is) could be improved, as we originally tried to check in to the apartments near Motherdough. Additionally, there was a very off-putting smell coming from under the kitchen sink that we could not find a source for. Overall, a good stay. »

« I am surprised that these people will charge you extra for a parking spot. The parkings were empty but I still had to park outside. My opinion is that these people are amatures in business. I travel very often and I have seen many of these places fail. Greedy bunch. Its rediculous. I will never go back. »
