« Mariadelia welcomed us to the hotel with smoothies and refreshing towels. She was such an angel our whole stay. She anticipated our needs, answered our questions, and helped us book activities. I hope she gets paid highly because she certainly deserves it! We also loved talking with the bartender, Diego who was a sweetie. One of the chefs, Randall also came over and took a picture of me and my husband without us having to ask. Everyone on staff clearly works hard to upkeep this lovely getaway....

« Very nice hotel, highly recommended. People that work here are very nice, hotel is at 2 min walk from the beach. Rooms are very great, clean, with air conditioning. We eat very well at the restaurante, a lot of different option always available. Very easy to book tours to go to the Parque National Corcovado. »

« Good news? Jason genuinely tries to make your stay pleasant and breakfast was good. But... This hotel is NOT near the beach or trailhead as stated when we booked on Hotels.com (hopefully this will be corrected), in fact it will cost you 10,000cr ($16+ USD) round trip for a taxi if you don't have your own vehicle - if you do, it needs to be a 4X4 as the road is steep, rough, unpaved, and has a river crossing. When I pointed out we'd been mislead by the info, and had made our reservation based...
