« A lot of items didn’t function properly, and the double bed “pullout” really isn’t that. The shower leaks and could barely adjust the temperature. The toilet wasn’t functioning properly either. I had to fix it everytime I used it. »

« Amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to visit Amsterdam and move around the city.
The staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We especially appreciated the quality of the facilities and the overall experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. »

« This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking.
The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out...

« They lie and scam you they damage the sheets after I left and tried to charge me 250 for a queen sized sheet and I have a video of the sheets cause I removed them from the bed and checked them before I left out »
