« First , there is black mold in the first tower where the pool is located and in the mirrors. We were in the second tower and not once did house keeping go clean or delivered fresh towels. Every time I tried calling the front desk at first would go through and then the phone number kept saying out of service . Finally we decided to check out early and go to another hotel to actually shower. No one was at the front desk , a sign was left with a phone number ( same phone number saying it was out...

« 🚨✈️ L’aspirateur ne passe pas tous les jours malgré que la chambre soit faite à la demande, le personnel est correct , le petit déjeuner est très moyen plusieurs minutes avant la fin de ce petit déjeuner LE PERSONNEL ne nettoie pas les machines à gaufres , ça devient d’une saleté horrible jusqu’à que l’heure de la fin du p’tit déjeuner en question. Et enfin la cerise sur le gâteau , des bruits et des Klaxons de la rue NON STOP que l’on entend dans la chambre , et puis pour finir on arrive...

« Was recently in town for our son college graduation. We were a family of 5 and we fit comfortably. The building is rather new so everything seemed updated and clean. There was some nice areas like a pool on the 40th floor, they had some cool rooms for pictures in the 38th floor. I loved that the unit had a kitchen and host was communicative all the time. Valet was great. You just have to request your car 20-30 before. Will stay again »
