« We needed break and this was perfect. We lit a fire, talked, had a drink and had a great sleep in a cabin surrounded by trees. Loved the free smores and firewood. There was nothing around, but that’s exactly what we wanted. A unique experience we will remember (and will return to). »

« We had a wonderful weekend and would definitely come back again. We loved being able to sit on the hammock swings and enjoy our morning coffee and we loved the fire pit at night! « Stayed with my children and parents for a three-day weekend—we really enjoyed our time at the Cabin. From the moment we were greeted by the owner's two dogs upon our arrival, we felt home. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated and clean—lots of cool knick knacks, including books and board games, to discover. « Mike and Debs were super friendly and welcoming! The hut is clean and comfortable with phone chargers and heating. There are several properties on the same land including an RV and cottage. There are also 2 neighboring huts sharing the same campfire and bathroom, but it is not cluttered and there was no clashing with neighbors. If you’re from out of town, ask Mike for restaurant recommendations! Their dogs are also so sweet and make the cutest mascots! »

« The house is very cute. It has a lot of character. It’s a proper log cabin. It had everything we needed to cook and have a nice weekend. It’s in a great location with access to the water. The loft is very cool but also very high. It was not a good option for a small child but the downstairs bedroom was perfectly adequate instead. We had a lovely time. »
