« Instead of staying at a hotel for a wedding in Garden City, we stayed at Deirdre's place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm happy we got to walk the entire 2.3 mile boardwalk on Friday (4.6 miles in total), ride the entire boardwalk on Saturday morning with bikes provided before the wedding then spend a few hours at the beach on Sunday. We got to check in early and Deidre offered to let us stay a little longer on Monday the day we left. Communication was great and Deidre thought of everything...

« Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us. »

« I first the ad promoted 2 bed room and it’s was only one with a person next to you second the owner was horrible with communication check in was at 4 I couldn’t check in until 8 just to view a little room with dead roaches on the sheats and covers I didn’t even stay i simply went to a motel and lost money booking this property the owner say he lock out he can’t give refund »

« We stayed with our 2 adult children for a long birthday weekend. The host was responsive to all of our emails. The location was great to get on a subway (4 blocks), or to walk/run in Central park or go the other way to the river which has a nice pedestrian walkway. Also, close to 5th Aue, the Plaza Hotel, St. Patrick's Cathedral, and a lot of restaurants. Also, the little diner at the end of the block is great, as is the bagel shop around the corner for a quick bagel and coffee in the morning....
