Lodges à Douvres

« Amy was more than accommodating during our stay as there were a few issues with the unit. After the fridge went out we were provided with a mini fridge to accommodate our groceries. We were staying for a week so we had a few. Cooking utensils are limited, so plan accordingly. We had a unique stay and some unfortunate incidents none of which were the fault or the host. She did her best to make us comfortable. »

« Ok »

« Awesome !!!! »

« disappointing we are used to traveling in this type of hotel; We stayed several nights: here it was dirty, the cleaning was not done in the hall or hallway, each day(napkin in picture stay 2 days in same place in hall!!) ; work in the room next to the swimming pool with debris; you have to ask for towels for the pool or gym; mediocre breakfast; really disappointed , never again »

« Clean room. »

« Excellent place to stay, with perfect service and room equipements (high qaulity fridge and freezer; real dishes). Just a bit disappointed that the usually very warm pool was cool, due to a heater problem, with no known fix date. This is unfortunate, since I usually recommend this place for relatives to stay (who appreciate a pool break). Note: an offer was made for me to use another hotel pool as a replacement. Reception and breakfast staff exceptionnal, and helpful. »

« Very clean and relaxing »

« The staff was great except the manager that was no where to be found. The property was clean. Breakfast was boring. While we were there the boiler was broken??? So no hot water or water pressure. We were there for 3 days and got a hot shower the last day. I know that this is not the staffs fault. But I left a message for the manager and she never contacted us. We are going to be traveling to that area often and we will be finding a different place. »
