« Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et finalement nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule et c'était déjà de trop ! 1er problème : nous avions demandé un lit bébé lors de la resa . Lors du checking l'après midi, deux fois demandé pour qu' ils n'oublient pas... Nous sommes rentrés le soir et bingo ! Pas de lit... juste un seul lit bébé pour tout le motel !!!!! 2eme problème : l hotel est tenu par des ados, à l accueil au ménage... la manager est venue le lendemain qu' à 11h 3eme problème : la propreté......

« We liked the nice touches like a door with blinds in it. The decorating was pleasing and the bed was comfortable. It had wood ceilings and was super cute. Adirondack’s outside encourage conversation with fellow travelers. Unfortunately the internet more often than not did not work and as we are early risers, no coffee when we get up was disappointing. The owners were very nice also. »

« Clean room, good spot if you are just looking for a place to crash. From the pictures I did not expect the room to be so small. There is no place to put a suitcase it is difficult to move around the room when two people are standing. Smallest room I have ever stayed in but clean and easy access to downtown.I checked out a couple days ago and still haven’t gotten my deposit back. »

« At first, we were a bit confused about how to check in and check out since no one was at the reception desk. Besides that, it was perfect! The room was clean and quiet. They had a trash receptacle in the back for dogs- greatly appreciated! Great location for walking to places (Farmhouse, Outside Coffee, Saugatuck Brewery) and only a 5-minute drive from downtown Saugatuck. »

« The listing highlighted that there was a hot tub and listed it in the amenities. There was not hot tub. When we reached to to talk to the host about it they were defensive about it. They just pointed out that the listing said a hot tub might be ready for this spring. It was very misleading since it was already mid spring, the hot tub was listed as an amenity, the photos showed a hot tub, and the title of the listing featured a hot tub. There was every indication that there should be a hot...

« It was small but nice. You may want to place a broom and dust pan in each room. There is no entrance rug to wipe your shoes or take them off at the door. The floors are very gritty and sandy. Also there was some mold in the shower grout. »
