Downtown Saugatuck is a waterfront hot spot known for shopping, dining, and nightlife. This rental is for the downstairs of the home only. This area which is locked off with a separate entrance to the upstairs area can be rented separately or together. The lower unit has two queen bedrooms, a living room area with a queen pull out couch, a full kitchen, and full bath. The front of the home features the outdoor area for this downstairs rental and has a fire pit with seating. This is a wonderful vacation rental to retreat to after a fun filled day!
