« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « Great location, there was previous occupants body and hair wash and deodorant in bathroom, fireplace did not work pilot light was on but would not ignite, I highly recommend to run your water hot and cold for at least 15 min , water will still have a yellow tint to it but not as bad as the beginning (staff should let customers know ) but overall it was quiet , bed was comfortable and clean »

« Communication could be better with check in and how to access parking garage below osprey lodge. Most restaurants and shops closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, which is when we stayed. Limited shops, restaurants open could have been communicated »

« The home itself was great and worked very well for our group. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay overall.The two issues that kept this from being a 5-star stay were the air conditioning and the hot tub.
