Sitting just 2 miles away, there is a fabulous wetland to be found at Idle Valley Nature Reserve, or for an adventure of a different type, Yorkshire Wildlife Park is just over 10 miles away, with over 70 acres to explore and lots of animals to meet. Sundown Adventure Land is just over 13 miles away, and perfect for under 10s. Or why not try your hand at Bawtry Paintball and Laser Fields (7 miles), voted the best paintball venue for 5 years running!

Walking into the property, there is an open and light space offering a kitchen and dining room. With plenty of soft seating in the living room, you can snuggle up and relax in the evening. The family bedroom boasts a king-size bed and single bed and has a convenient en-suite. The second bedroom offers two singles. Completing the property is a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard for your private use, and a large, grassed area to the side of the property, where you can BBQ or play games in the shared area. There is a wonderful shared games room, with many books, board games, table tennis and a full sized snooker table. You could get lost in there for hours.
