Relax in this 3-bedroom house in Doerun. Our property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds.A queen air bed is available for use as well. Includes 2 full bathrooms, walk in closets in each room, and a large walk in pantry. Has a new dishwasher, stove and full size washer and dryer. Central to several wedding venues in the area including Cypress Pond, Gin Creek, and Hidden Pond. Conveniently located 30 miles from Albany and less than 20 miles from Camilla, Moultrie, and Sylvester. Enjoy scenic and peaceful rural farm land views, including a cow pasture and pond across the street, and pecan trees as far back as you can see behind the property. There are no neighboring houses on either side. **** Due to prior guests violating house rules we must highlight a couple. We have a strict no pet policy. We love pets but we do not have time between bookings to clean or repair damage that may be caused by a pet. Do not sneak a pet into our home and please do not message us to request to bring a pet. Secondly, our home is for lodging purposes for approved guests only. Do not book our home for the purpose of hosting an event or party. This includes birthday parties, showers, large family gatherings etc. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave and we may ask you to cancel your reservation. Again, this is due to previous negative experiences that left property damages . We want to keep our home in great shape so guests can enjoy their stay! Thank you for considering our home
