Villa Manhattan

Villa Manhattanis a modern and elegant villa located just 50 meters from the sea in the peaceful village of Klimno on the island of Krk. The pebble beach is approximately 50 meters from the house, and in the center of Klimno guests can also enjoy a well-maintained public (municipal) beach. The village also features a beach where dogs are allowed. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, there is an outdoor fitness area (trim trail), and a children’s playground is located in the village center.
The villa features a heated swimming pool (heated pool ≠ heated jacuzzi; the maximum water temperature is 26–28 °C) as well as underfloor heating, making it an excellent choice for stays during the cooler months, such as early spring and late autumn.
Offering 220 m² of living space spread over two floors (ground floor and first floor), the villa combines spaciousness, comfort, and modern design. The entrance leads through a spacious hallway into the central open-plan living area, which integrates a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. This bright space, with large sliding glass doors, provides direct access to the pool terrace and offers beautiful sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and everything needed for preparing and serving meals, including an induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and complete kitchenware. The living room offers a comfortable seating area and a large 65-inch TV with satellite channels.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, TV, wardrobe, and desk, which is especially convenient for guests who may require a workspace. A separate guest toilet is also accessible from the hallway. A washing machine is available in the house exclusively for villa guests.
On the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer), ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. All bedrooms are furnished with large double beds, TVs, spacious wardrobes, and work areas. Two bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with a lounge area and stunning sea views.
All rooms in Villa Manhattan are air-conditioned, and wireless Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided.
The outdoor area includes a heated swimming pool, eight sun loungers, and a comfortable seating area for relaxation. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. In front of the villa, there is private parking for up to three cars. Although Villa Manhattan is part of a semi-detached building, it is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and the feeling of staying in a standalone home.
The village of Klimno, where Villa Manhattan is located, is a quiet coastal village on the eastern side of the island of Krk. Klimno is known for its crystal-clear sea, small bays, and beautiful beaches that invite relaxation and exploration of nature. Nearby are also therapeutic mud baths known for their healing properties, which are popular among visitors. The island of Krk offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, and exploring local restaurants, where you can try fresh fish and traditional dishes.
