For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there is a covered outdoor dining area of 70 m², equipped with everything you need for preparing and enjoying meals al fresco. The outdoor kitchen includes a glass-ceramic cooktop, a grill, running water, a sink, and a dishwasher, allowing for effortless meal preparation in a relaxed setting. An external WC is also available for added convenience.
The interior of the villa is spread across two floors – the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor is designed as a spacious open area that includes a modern kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fitted with the latest technology and features an induction cooktop with an integrated hood, a large refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher. All the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals are provided. Next to the kitchen is a large dining table, perfect for social gatherings. One of the bedrooms features a private bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a hairdryer, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway and is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. If needed, two foldable beds can be provided for two additional guests. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality bedding and soft towels, ensuring comfort and restful sleep.
