« Bamboo paradiseWe thoroughly enjoyed our week at the House of Bamboo. Simon picked us up from the airport and was kind enough to stop in town so we could pick up some groceries. « Wonderful 9-day stay at Sere Ni Ika. Beautiful 3 bdrm 2 bath home with incredible views, with stairs to the beach. Entire house made of tropical wood. The housekeeper, Loata, took immaculate care of the house and was so kind. We hired her to cook one evening and our meal was delicious. « Hilltop Villa was exactly as advertised — wonderful views, beautifully open layout, and excellently staffed. We had a catered dinner for six of us the day we arrived, and the food was first-rate. Same for a later breakfast and lunch. One caution: the walk down to the beach is no more than 15 or 20 minutes, but the walk back uphill can take double the time. The good news: There’s that lovely pool waiting for you when you make it back to the top. »
