Policy dictates all dishes used are cleaned however when we arrived we had to spend a long time cleaning every dish and utensil. First i got there, the sink was full of dishes, no coffee machine, the bed was not made and full of ass hair, the towels were wet and on the floor of the bathrrom, no toilet paper, the vacuum had not been done…..almost no dishes to cook, the microwave is so small that you haver to moût your plate in on the side to make it fit in, no AC so really really warm in it. « Was a family vacation with adult son and his family. House was dirty, getting rundown, dryer only ran cold, supplies limited and locked in a closet so no access to supplies. Flooring in disrepair, wifi cut out and no response on how to fix it. Bbq disgusting, no tools or brush for bbq, outside garbage can full; dishes in cupboard dirty, couch dirty. Beds were comfortable and clean. Overall very disappointing. Raptors Retreat was classified as a premium place to stay. Complete lie. Pictures of...
