« The property is excellent. We had a problem accessing our unit with the code provided by the host. In the email from the host, the access code is part of the guest phone number; however, Expedia does not share the guest phone number with the host and no alternate code was provided. The front desk closes at 5pm and the phone number provided continuously goes to voicemail. « Street people filled the parking lot and we even saw one overdosed getting treated by an ambulance beside the parking lot midday. Motorbikes seem to like to gather there as well and ride as loud as they can which didn’t help with having any proper sleep. The staff were fine. The elevators are quite terrifying with how old and slow they are. Carpets and curtains were disgustingly dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. I prefer firm bed so that was great. Wouldn’t stay again. »
