The owner replaced the lamp and refunded 30% of my first day's rent to compensate for the uncleaned apartment. As noted by a previous guest, the photos don't show the heavily stained and ridged carpet or two holes punched in the bathroom door. Only complaint is there was no fob to enter the building and use for the gym and top floor meeting room which was a great inconvenience, building security let us in the gym but there should be a fob. »

Glasshouse is a great location and very convenient building. 1210 could use some deep cleaning - walls have splatter, bottom of cupboards, minor repairs needed toilet paper holder needs tightening as roll keeps falling off, spring in couch either broken or needs fixing. All very minor issues. Overall a great stay and would stay again. »
