« The bed was really uncomfortable, which was a surprise for a PI, as they pride themselves on the bed comfort. The bar was open late which was great. The parking is small, only 17 spots and you pay for this daily. »

She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. « Disappointing ! It’s Winter and the heating was switched off in our room. We switched on, set at 24 degrees and went out. 2 hours later, Little effect - hotel staff « changed the central setting «  and said it would warm up soon. No it did not. And next morning it was off again. Second complaint to check out. Apologies but no thought of a gesture to show sincerity Really disapponted as am a regular traveller to Brighton - I’m sure the hotel is great if you have heat / in the summer »

« What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space.
