« I made a reservation to stay at this hotel when I showed up for check in the hotel did not exist. Apparently the hotel was there before but ceased operation some time ago, they just didn't delist the property off the Expedia website and continued on taking reservations and collecting payments. I tried to contact the owner of the hotel but received no response. »

« Was given a room not anything like the picture. Stayed I of 6 nights and left for a different hotel. If it was just a one night stay over it would have been fine, but not good for a week. »

« This has nothing to do with the owner although I'm not sure a room was even available for my arrival date based on my conversation with him. He was very accommodating and gave me access to the balcony to use. It is Expedia that gets the 1-star testing because of the way you handled things with me. I'm NEVER using you and won't recommend you to anyone who asks. »
