Guest Access: A 4.5km road through protected and undeveloped emerald green, old growth forest, brings you to a 300m firelane private road that ends at the edge of the ocean, overlooking Indian Arm where our house is located: There is no public transport to our area. You will need to drive to access this spot. Guest access: is the lower suite, with entrance on the South side of the house. Stairs go down to the entrance from the parking area. There is a lower balcony space and a deck at the suite entrance. Stairs go down to the dock, but this is a shared space.
A breathtaking patio with a gas firepit, barbecue, eating and lounging area overlooking the water is available for your exclusive use to enjoy the spectacular Indian Arm inlet and surrounding vistas.
Please note that this listing may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges or young children; however, both are welcome as long as guests are comfortable with the property’s limitations.
