« my dissatisfaction with the studio I booked for one night on 05 September 2025]. Unfortunately, I had to leave the property immediately upon arrival because the conditions were unacceptable. The building was dirty, and the studio itself was in very poor condition, lacking even the most basic repairs. It did not feel safe or suitable for even a single night’s stay. Considering the price the experience was extremely disappointing and far below reasonable expectations. »

« We had a terrible experience with this apartment and host. We received some incomplete informations to enter the location and were not able to contact the host as the number was not valid. We had to contact Vrbo to be able to enter the apartment and to obtain the information about the apartment. The host was unresponsive. We asked twice to change the reservation and never got an answer from them. Terrible service. »

« Gary was great to work with. We communicated a few times before arrival. He was always very prompt in returning emails. When we needed to add a day on the front end of our stay, he made it happen quickly. Apartment convenient to downtown. About a 5 minute walk to the metro train to take to Stampede Stadium. One additional benefit we liked, as it was cold a couple of days we were there, the bathroom floor is heated. »

« Working through the Corporate Stays America system was a pain. Providing your CC multiple times, issues with validation...almost was not able to access the entry instructions; saving grace was the customer service rep that bypassed things to get my CC charged so the system would allow access. Way too much headache - I'll just stay at an actual hotel or home-share at that point. The unit itself was clean, but very little support and care was put into the unit. « Overall, the property was adequate. There was not a chair in which to sit (unless you count the high table dining chairs). There were no clothes hangars or wash cloths; that is sort of a standard expectation. The maintenance man was very nice. Going ‘around back’ to enter the building was somewhat inconvenient as there is do sidewalk and it was a little muddy. I would stay there again-as it seemed safe and was very convenient to the light rail and 2 very good cafes; I would just bring wash...
