« Great location. Easy metro and uber rides to things not walkable with a 2 year old. The place was extremely clean. The host answered questions promptly and we requested a baby gate for the stairs and he brought one to the property within the half hour. Just a great experience and would definitely stay here again. »

« This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. « The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip. »

« Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood! My family, and our dog, visited during Spring Break and we loved our stay. The owner took great care in outfitting the apartment with all the amenities of home-- right down to stocking the pantry with healthy snacks. « Overall, this is a great one bedroom affordable option close to convention center. I was by myself for business so wasn’t in the apt much over my 3-night stay. I never received check-in instructions until I called and asked, but someone did pick up and was very responsive. Check-in after that was easy. The apt felt safe and was very clean.
