« I stayed three nights and the room was clean and simple. Amazing wifi, but poor tv reception and selection. My room was near the office and spa and there was a lot of foot traffic and noise -- I'd recommend a room on the second floor. They seem to be renovating so there was renovation noise after 9 am too. « They have the worst management team and no coordination whatsoever. We were given a room that wasn’t ready upon our arrival and nothing in the room was working. The shower and tub were dirty and management claimed that was their usual condition, which we had to be told only after raising a complaint. Our booking was supposed to include a free breakfast which was never provided. Management excepted us to pay twice even though we showed proof of payment via the app online, second time being on...

« Amazing experience. Great value for us 5. Both chalets were perfect. We did the afternoon safari and saw plenty of different animals. The guide was very useful and gave us many explanations and comments. The dinner was superb, congrats to the chef! Good breakfast. Staff very available and kind. Will definitely come back for more days »

« The hotel covers a large area with individual chalets with their own outside seating area, and a large bar and restaurant area around the pool. Most of the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. »
