« We found the property to be quite nice in Zambian standards. Power backup, hot water, many appliances, wifi, clean & safe. It was a wonderful place to stay while enjoying all that Livingstone has to offer! »

« The rooms were dusty and i have a sensitive nose. The water had to be turned on outside making it difficult for someone who wanted to bath early. No WIFI was the biggest no-no. I would not recommend, even to my worst enemy. They need to improve »

« I stayed here for our vacation for 3 nights. We truly felt at home thanks for Patrick and other staff's kindness and hospitality. Room was clean and comfortable, with AC and fridge. They have a beautiful garden, pool and bar, too! It was far beyond our expectation and value for money! »
