« New house, but cheap products so expect it to be run down in a couple of years, even the toilet roll holder wiggles up and down, so hangs on an angle with the toilet roll falling off onto the floor every time you use it. Beds are hard, my son had just slept on a camp stretcher for a week and complained how hard the bed was! « Beautiful, clean home perfectly situated just a short walk from Hagley Park and Botanical gardens. Home was much larger than we anticipated with huge kitchen, 2 living rooms and a full dining room. Pool and deck area were larger than website photos appeared. »

« The apartment was really clean and well equipped but there is an illuminated exit sign in the room that can not be turned off. Really hard to sleep as it was so bright. »

« The host was very accommodating. A few things need attention though. There was no bath mat in either bathroom. I was there with two elderly ladies and I looked at the pictures and didn’t see any stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms. I may have overlooked the description of the apartment. I feel the stairs should be noted in the pictures and boldly stated in the description. The TV was not connecting to Wifi. Bonnie was willing to accommodate this the next morning at 7:30 AM, we declined. »
