« The room was fine but the wifi didn't work and the tv was broken. Despite many promises to rectify, they were not fixed for the duration of our stay »

« Appartement très propre, environnement calme. Un peu loin du centre de Londres mais proche du train pour rejoindre le centre (attention, la ligne était en travaux durant notre week-end, nous avons donc dû prendre le bus+le métro pour rejoindre Londres, environ 1heure de transport...) »

« Never got inside. I warned host that I was arriving very late at night. I was sent instructions and a code with no emergency contact number. The code did not work and there was no way to reach the host. Fortunately my taxi driver stayed and helped me find a hotel. It was a frightening experience. The host apologized and refunded my stay »
