"In General, the hotel was quite nice and comfortable, but I was quite disappointed with the gym / spa area: there are constant swimming lessons held in the pool, even at times when the schedule placed at the door indicates no lessons. Also, each person entering the spa area has to pass through the gym - turning it into a waiting room atmosphere with screaming children passing through & parents just waiting around while you work out. It was fine for a business trip, but I would not book this place for a relaxing stay for this reason."

"Disappointing experience — not family-friendly I booked a room for two nights. On the second night, I had to host my 8-year-old son unexpectedly, as his father had an emergency. The reception told me that the room I was in couldn’t accommodate an extra bed, so I had to pay an additional £100 to move to another room — same size, and still without an extra bed. Only after I strongly insisted did they finally bring one. Considering the already high nightly rate, paying £100 more for the same space felt unreasonable. Very little understanding or flexibility for a child. Definitely not a human-centred or family-friendly hotel."
