« Two days prior to our arrival the company contacted us demanding a substantial damage deposit to be paid by direct deposit to their bank account or our already paid for booking would be cancelled. We had paid for the booking by credit card but they would not accept it for the damage deposit. We thought this seemed a bit sketchy but had no choice but to acquiesce to their demand.
