« This place is located within walking distance to the village and far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The views of both the ocean and the lagoon are amazing and just a great spot to relax. »

« The condo was excellent - beautiful deck and views! Not walkable to anything except one local restaurant but it was very good with dishes of fresh caught fish! »

« My fiancé and I stayed in this lovely condo for a week. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. The sunrise from the pier was the most magical time for us! We saw manatees, dolphin, stings rays. From the villa, you can easily walk to the grocery store and it was very easy to get a taxi to town when you wanted. Concierge and property manager were responsive and helpful. We loved our stay here so much, we are hoping Beachside Villas will let us get married here! »

« Edwin graciously collected us and drove us by pontoon boat to the other side every day twice a day for walking to shops, meals, and entertainment. The house was quiet, clean and air conditioned. Loved the thatch covered roof top and pool. »

« Location was great. Fishing charter pick up directly in front of property. »

« This place was just great. Really a well kept property. The landscaping was well kept. The pool was cleaned daily and beautiful. The place has a dock that most morning we went out on and read. To get to the property there is a gate and guard. Then they have secirity around all night. We never felt unsafe staying there or anywhere in Belize for that matter. I would highly recommend staying here. »

« The concierge contacted us before our arrival and responded quickly to any questions. The property itself is spotless. The large veranda included a table and chairs plus lounging chairs. It's a great place to kick back and relax, in a quiet area but a short drive from restaurants and shops. We'll be back! »

Les appareils fonctionnaient bien et les lits étaient très confortables. La piscine a été très appréciée lorsque nous avions envie de paresser à la maison. Si je retourne à Placencia, ce sera sans aucun doute là-bas. »

« Our group was very impressed with the property, and the price was quite reasonable. The amenities were plentiful, and the unit and outside property were immaculate and very well cared for. Pool and beach access were perfect, and we never had to wait for lounger use anytime we went to the pool. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking. We will definitely be coming back in the future. »

« Nice complexe of 12 condo. We stayed in unit 25 ground floor. Unit was clean and bed confortable. Need some update on furnitures, and ceiling bathroom wad mark by mold and we could smell it. Very friendly site cleaning and gardening staff. Need a way of transport to get to the center of activity »

"Très beau resort, soigné dans tous les détails. Chambres très propres. Service impeccable que ça soit à la réception ou au restaurant, en passant par la piscine et les excursions. Vélos en libre service pour se rendre à la chambre. Voiturettes de golf à disposition aussi sur demande. Service de shuttle gratuit pour se rendre à Placencia. On recommande !"
