« Maison toute neuve, que nous a avons louée pour 4 personnes (il en tient 6). C'est superbement équipé avec des équipements ultra-modernes (2 lave-vaisselles, micro-ondes, four, plaque de cuisson à gaz, téléviseur intelligent dernier cri, un joli poêle à bois dans le salon). Tout est impeccable, la batterie de cuisine est complète, c'est en parfait état, c'est vaste, c'est agréable et l'environnement est beau ! C'est d'une qualité rare. Un seul bémol: la maison est située dans un hameau tout...

« I think this was the best property to rent in the area. The location was great. It was a stand alone house with lots of space. The bedrooms were a little small but the bed was comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nights were quiet and peaceful. Communication was great and any questions we had were answered timely. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Firstly the view was absolutely awesome. Huge kitchen,hot spa and good heating really helped us enjoy our time. Location was perfect, close to all Tekapo's shops, eateries and walks.Two minutes drive to Tekapo springs outdoor pools and tube ride. Overnight temperature was minus 4-6 Celsius and day was 4 degrees. So dress for cold in June/ July. But the apartment was warm as toast. Lit the fire for nice atmosphere. « House handy to town and warmed up with the neat pumps. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. We did have trouble sorting the tv channels, perhaps written instructions would cover this problem. But would certainly recommend this house to others »

« Our family had a poor experience at this property. There were several safety issues (a low smoke detector battery that managment should have noticed and addressed before occupancy, and an electrical switch sparked when engaged (!)), the whole unit needs a deep clean, and there is a fair amount of road noise from the nearby main road. Management's communications were either repetitive or conflicting, and they asked us to check out 2 hours early at 9 AM for their convenience. This rental is not...

« Is situated close to The Church of the Good Shepard. 5mins walk to local 4square. The property management company park several work vans outside the property. We arrived after the set check in time to a cleaner still cleaning. During our stay we had constant messages from the property management group checking on us...even at 10:30pm which sucked after a long day travelling and trying to sleep.
