« I was unable to get the check-in information and couldn’t reach out the host/property manager until the day before my stay. At the end I spent an extra US$70 to make an IDD call to reach out Vrbo, the agency, to get help and realise someone would be there in the property wait for my arrival. Otherwise the stay is overall very good with many cute teddy bears. :) »

"The staff were able to help me find an international ATM nearby and were happy to do so.The hotel is literally next to the station. Also, the area is really nice walk around with great parks and easy to access medicines and konbini. There is a bus stop next to the station with a bus that can take you directly to Shirakawa-go :)"

"Chambre grande un peu vieillotte , pas de vue montagne comme réservé. Dans la chambre japonnaise les lits futons n etaient pas faits ,chaussons sales .mais l hotel est propre et calme. Par contre le onsen est super"
