« I booked for 5 nights and left after 1. Access to the suite is an issue that was not addressed in the listing. A rough walkway and a series of stairs with no handrail to get down to the basement door. Told the host the first morning I left and didn’t hear from him for several days. On the bright side the suite was clean. »

« Even though I searched for pet-friendly accommodations on Expedia, the price didn't include the pet fee, and there wasn't no option to select it, so I ended up paying extra later. Also, I kept the room very clean, and left it quite tidy when I checked out, but I still haven't received any contact regarding the refundable deposit.
The room I rented was very clean and nice. »
