« Great stay. Perfect location. Uber rides were all under 10 NZ from this VRBO. Beautiful stay with lots of room. Host is great and very helpful. I would encourage others to not hesitate to ask him for local ideas. Bathroom amazing!!!! Easy parking in the heart of a city was pretty cool especially as we had several tours and had to leave our car all day. Beautiful botanical park right across the street was a great picnic spot. « It was so well situated had a beautiful view of the special Wellie houses on the hill opposite.The home was homely, spacious and so well stocked with everything we could want. « The host did not communicate until the day we were due to arrive and only after I tracked down a phone number deep within VRBO. He knew nothing of my rental which had been booked a week before. He said the property I booked (3 bedroom, 2 bath) was not available due to property damage. He had a different property (2 bedroom, 1 bath) across the street from the beach that he said would be as comfortable and would work for 5. As we were a couple hours out of town with a toddler, we decided to trust...
