« The bed was huge & comfy, the room was well equipped and it was fab location. Would happily book to stay there again as also very readonably priced. »

« The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

« Très bel établissement récemment rénové. Les chambres sont très agréables. Petit bémol sur les douches qui sont ouvertes et laissent donc l’eau aller dans la salle de bain. A part ce détail tout était parfait. »

« It was not so clean on arrival and we managed to clean up to our living condition after visiting the store to get the cleaning utensils. »

« Perfect central location for exploring the fine city. It’s in a nice secure and quiet spot tucked behind a bustling hotspot moments from the ‘best bits’ of the city. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with everything most travellers would need. The bed is large and the duvet/pillows are lovely. The mattress could be better but that’s probably me being too picky, as overall it’s a very comfortable space. The host is super, very accommodating and all communication is very clear and...

« When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. »

« The Hayloft is in Debra's garden. Its in a perfect spot for visiting Suffolk. We atayed for a week and places we would recommend visiting include: Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, Framlingham Castle, Woodbridge, Southwold and our favourite Orford quay, to sit and watch the world go by...Thank you Debra, its been lovely and we'll be back »

« The apartment was brilliant, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The only compendium we have sighted in our 3 month trip, was a wealth of information. Brilliant location in the heart of Norwich. Property management super responsive and helpful, highly recommend. »

"The team at reception and at the restaurant (dinner, breakfast) were professionals and very kind. There is a big issue with housekeeping : we stayed with a baby during 5 nights and we had to show we were upset: then they cleand our room ! In fact they never used the vacuum (but we asked for because the room was very dusty ) snd they made the befs only once in 5 nights !!!! 200 euro per night : the cleaning doesn’t deserve this money !!!!"

"Le lieu est absolument magnifique, la propriété, le parc, les arbres. En revanche les lieux de restauration ont clairement besoin d'un manager. Malgré le nombre conséquent de personnel, le petit déjeuner n'était pas régulièrement fourni. Les employés sont cachés à droite à gauche, occupés à plier des serviettes en discutant ou en consommant des bouteilles cachées dans les placards... Un soir nous avons attendu 1h notre commande de repas alors que nous étions avec 2 enfants. C'est vraiment dommage car le lieu est magique et mérite mieux. "
