« The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. « Beautiful well equipped lodge on a lovely peaceful lake. The accommodation was spotlessly clean amd there was everything you could need in the lodge. Short 15 min walk into Woodhall Spa town.We will definitely be staying again! »

« I recently stayed here with my partner, our 8 month old, a couple of friends and our dog, we had great communication with the property owner he is so kind and helped us out with anything we needed.
