« I generally stay in 4–5 star accommodation, and based on the website description and previous reviews, I expected Hay’s Wood Retreat to fall into that category. « We booked a caravan for three nights during the last May bank holiday; the place was not too busy and we were given a place nearly at the end of the carvan park which meant that it was quiet.
