« I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...

Everything was thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, making it both comfortable and relaxing. After traveling around New Zealand for a full month and staying in several places, this was by far the best accommodation we rented on our entire trip. It exceeded our expectations in every way and made our time in Christchurch even more memorable. »
