« I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...

« Great location and clean tidy apartment. Shower drain needs fixing - does not stay down in place. Wifi would not go for the first night but was resolved by the next morning. Appreciated the good communication on this. »

« A wonderful stay in a very beautiful place. We loved it and would love to come back again. Easy check in, great kitchen and close to skiing, ice skating, great golf and the restaurant was delicious. Very warm and cosy »
