« I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...

« We enjoyed our stay, the property was as advertised, spacious rooms and modern bathrooms and kitchen. The allocated parking spot makes it easy if you have a car. Location is central making it easy to walk anywhere in the city centre. Just be advised, there are two levels of stairs and no lift, but we did not find this to be a problem. Also, the main living area faces west so it can get hot in the afternoon if it’s sunny, but closing the blinds helps. »
