« Hello, we would like to clarify something regarding our booking for the Cozy Cabin Mountain View. The description and pictures indicated that the cabin has one bathroom and toilet inside the cabin. However, upon arrival, we found that the bathroom and toilet are shared/common facilities located outside the cabin.
This is different from what we expected based on the booking description and photos. We kindly ask for your understanding and would appreciate it if you could clarify this matter for us »

« Was typical camping ground cabin. It was great to be able to book it for one night because that was all I wanted. There were no inconsistencies with how it was advertised and what it was. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. »
