Closer to a 2 star than 3. Relatively clean but wallpaper coming unglued, Carpets worn. t.v. didn't work. Desk person said he'd send someone up to fix. 2 hrs. Later I went down again to ask. Said he could do nothing today but would fix in morning. Never did. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Wouldn't recommend for the price.

Great staff, lovely apartment and nice varied breakfast with both local specialities and more continental things. Good playground for children as well. The area itself is under construction some parts are more done than others which might affect the supply of services. Had a convenient supermarket close to the hotel.
