« Tout se que l’on a besoin se trouve dans cet appartement . Machine à laver le linge , fer à repasser, planche à repasser un peu petite mais à le mérite d’y être. Dommage pas de petit four de cuisson . Pas de sommier pour le lit et donc matelas un peu juste . Pas d’ascenseur. Niveau qualité prix excellent. Bien situé près des commerces et restaurants. Appartement très confortable, au calme bien chauffé. »

« Appartement plutot excentré, il faut 45 min à peu pres pour rejoindre shinjuku /shibuya en transports. A part la situation géographique, les équipements sont au top ! La machine a laver est un plus dans cet appartement quand on reste plusieurs jours. Au niveau de l'isolation , on est dans le standard japonais , tres peu isolé,du coup , consommation excessive d energie. Cuisine fonctionnelle , salle de bain et wc egalement. Il y a du rangement , les lits sont plutot confort, Agréable séjour dans...

« I liked the socks on the chairs, but though climbing the ladder to go to bed wasn’t the best, sleeping in the loft with the window open was wonderful. It is a nice property. (It would be nice to put some padding on the back of the lockbox on the door to prevent banging.) »

« Le métro est à 3mn à pied et à une station de Shinjuku qui a été un point central dans nos déplacements à Tokyo. Appartement très propre, climatiseur, ustensiles de cuisine à disposition, une machine à café Nespresso et une bouilloire à disposition dans la chambre. Le gros plus, la laverie gratuite avec lave linge et sèche linge et le kombini dans la rue en face de l'appartement. »

« The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at. »

« Jacob was very helpful and easy to work with. He gave recommendations from food to eat and places to go. The place was clean and right outside is a 7-11 with an ATM. Station is about 7 minute from the stay. 10/10 would stay again! »

« It's a beautiful, clean, cozy apartment for your home base while exploring Tokyo. It's modern and has all the amenities for a family to use. It's accommodated all 5 of us comfily. Having a clothes washer was a big plus. Just needed some closet space for clothes. »

"Très bel hotel. Situé dans un joli quartier, calme et pas loin de Shinjuku. Il y a une station de métro à 5 minutes à pieds. Chambre petite (standard de Tokyo) mais agréable. "

"For the price, this hotel is great. It is located right next, literally a block away, to Nakai Station, which is 2 stops away from the Yamanote Line. We had no problem getting around Tokyo from this station. The room represented the price. It is not fancy, but it totally works. The bathroom is tiny, but very functional. The only negative things i noticed were that the bed sheets had stains on them (even though they were washed, it seemed like old stains that won’t go away), there was dust on the top of some amenities and the walls were super thin. We could hear our room neighbour snore. Oh and the toilet doesn’t have a bidet like modern Japanese toilets usually do. The bed was comfy, but on the softer side. The air conditioner works well and the fridge too. The hair dryer was nice and quiet. Little tip: in order to dry shower towels, hang them on the shower’s curtain bar in order to dry them with the bathroom fan. They won’t dry if you hang them in the room. Overall my boyfriend and I enjoyed this hotel. Perfect for people on a budget! The staff is very nice and helpful. "

"Très belle hôtel, très bien placé pour prendre le métro surtout. Tout est pensé pour que le voyageur n’ait rien à prévoir. Le seul point négatif et la chambre très petite et pas de lieu de repos dans l’hôtel. Très généreux en consommable pour la chambre, et le Onsen est top "
