« I arrived early and requested an earlier checking but they told me the room would be available at 3PM. I arrived at 3:20PM. When I entered the room I realized that it had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. I contacted the management and was told that there had been an issue, obviously that was not true since they never contacted me to warn me that the room was not ready. They told me they would call someone to come and clean. After two hours of waiting and emailing back and forth...

« Unfortunately the room was smaller than expected but not bad. The thing I didn’t like was the smell of smoke in the bedroom and the sewer smell in the bathroom. »

« La doccia non aveva acqua calda, nessuno dei due dossatori di sapone liquido funzionava, non c'era asciugacapelli e la camera non era pulitissima. Non c'e' la reception dunque se succede qualcosa (tipo aver bisogno di un fon o un taxi) non c'e modo di risolvere in tempo breve. Le camere non vengono pulite ogni giorno, nemmeno ogni due giorni. »
