« A lovely stay, a warm welcome and smooth checkin. An extensive breakfast menu. I had a freshly prepared Ulster Fry and a very tasty omelette in the end ..... it was tricky to choose! We were weekend stayers, so being so close to the shore and it's wonderful coastal path as well as it being only a short stroll into Bangor for the best bars with wonderful live music. Perfect »

« Belfast Guesthouse Ensuite room was a great place to say in during our stay in Belfast. Walked into Belfast one day, only 2 miles but could have used the bus. »

« What an amazing hotel! I came at the recommendation of friends and now I know why they were so insistent. The decor, comfort, welcome, food, cleanliness, location, recommendations, assistance - everything - was wonderful. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. « Edele & Alessio are incredible, thoughtful hosts. Blackwell House is picture perfect, our room, much the same. I would highly recommend anyone staying in north Ireland make this their choice. The food, delicious, the grounds, dreamy. Must stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!! »

« Fantastic place. Safe, secure and quiet. Very clean. The only downside was the temperature of the house. Had to walk around in a lot of layers »

« tres bien nous avons eu une bonne ame qui nous a ouvert et a contacté le proprio pour nous car nous n'avons pas de téléphone venant du canada ça serait bien de trouver un autre moyen sinon la chambre était parfaite l'endroit très calme »

« The owner Julianna was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. The interior of the property is amazing, in fact it’s jaw dropping. Even her lovely cuddly dog (bear) will give you a warm welcome. Highly recommend. »
