« Big and nice appartment fully equipes except iron. 68m2 and fair price.
Located nearly a hight traffic road. I was in 5th floor and was absolutlly impossible to open the windows.Air conditionning wirking well, hot water; high level of privac in that building »

« A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing.
I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali. »

« 1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers.
2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay.
3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away.
4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival.
5. TV was only connected on last day.
6. Some lights not working and were not fixed. »
