« The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

« 横浜中華街にとても近くてよかったです。内装はキレイでした。 下のソファベッド用の掛け布団が欲しかったです。 家族の素泊まりでしたが 部屋やベッドはプライベートで息子家族とおじちゃんおばぁさんでした。なければ持参ください。とお知らせくださればうれしかったです。上から布団をかりました。 最後きちんと返しました。 たけのこの里が８袋置いてありました。６袋人数分頂きました。泊まらせて頂きありがとうとございました。 »

« This was an excellent location for us to meet up with family. There were multiple separate seating areas which was nice for having so many people in our group. It afforded both community time and private time very comfortably. We did have to coordinate shower time, as we were used to having more than 1 full bathroom, but that seemed to work itself out well The half bath helped greatly especially because the sink was outside of toilet area.. »

« Residential option - a little challenging to find but ok if you have a car with gps. A car is really needed for this accomodation. »
