« The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

« This place is a hidden gem. It's less than 10 minutes walk (we walk pretty fast) from the Fujisawa Station. On the way, there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed in one of the rooms with a lift so it felt like a 2-bedroom for our party of 3. Be sure to stop by the coffee shop to try their caramel pudding with homemade ice cream and specialty coffees that are roasted in house! We will definitely come back again to explore more of the...

« 직원분이 친절하게 대응해 주셨고 갑작스럽게 비가와서 우산을 준비하지 못했는데 친절하게 렌탈해주셔서 비를 맞지 않고 저녁식사를 하러 갈수 있었습니다 4인가족이라 남자2여자2가족실을 사용했으나 가족실 안에 샤워실이 너무 좁아 여성전용 사워실을사용해도 괜찮겠냐고 문의해보니 친절하게 흥쾌이승낙해 주셔서 여자 둘이서 편안하게 사용 할수 있어서 너무나도 좋았습니다 시설도 깨끗했고 관리도 잘 되어 있어서 믿음이 갔습니다 다만 숙소가 3층이라 앨리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 들고 올라가야했습니다 그것말고는 전반적으로 다 좋았습니다 다음 요코하마 방문시 다시 이용하고 싶습니다 »
